Hassle-Free Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and happy when shopping with Stratosync Enterprises. If you are not satisfied with your order, we have a simple and fair return process.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-returnable items include: digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance/final sale items.
2. How to Return an Item
- Email info@stratosyncenterprises.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the product back.
- Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure smooth processing.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.
- 4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges for the same product are available.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item is defective or damaged, send us photos immediately.
- We will issue a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
7. Processing Fees
- A nominal fee (CAD 5–10) may apply for returns not caused by defects.
